The Brent Strategy 2021-25 includes a 'My Brent' priority which reflects the wishes and thoughts of young people and their families.
Young people have said they enjoy using Brent's outdoor spaces and parks, and would like to spend more time walking and using them, but accessing open spaces, play centres and parks is difficult. Work to improve Brent parks and make them more SEND friendly is progressing during 2022 with families consulting with Brent's Parks Service on improvements.
The 'Love Clean Streets' app can be downloaded free of charge and enables all Brent residents to report issues in their community that require attention.
