Talking Therapies Service Brent is a free and confidential NHS service for people who are registered with a GP in the borough.
We offer short-term psychological interventions to individuals aged 16 and above suffering from common mental health difficulties such as depression and low mood, anxiety, stress and worry, trauma, relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement. Clients may self-refer to our service but must be registered with a Brent GP. This service is available to anyone who lives, works, studies and/or has a GP in Brent
