Spark Change Supported Internship - Shaw Trust

This is a 12-week work placement opportunity for young people to get real life work experience whilst also studying for an accredited employability qualification. Participants will be aged 16-24 and currently not in education, employment or training (NEET).
What the young person gains:
• Real life experience in a workplace
• BTEC Entry Level 3 qualification upon completion
• Dedicated Job Coach to support them through the programme and beyond
