Brent Council would like to welcome our new employability service - Step in to Work with a particular focus on ethnic minorities and especially Somali communities, aimed to address some of the Labour market disadvantage experienced by these groups.
The service, commissioned by Brent council and funded by GLA, will be delivered by our partners: Step Up Hub, Connect Stars and HillTop.
These three organisations are well known to be well engaged with and to have extensive experience delivering services for these local Brent communities.

• Interview skills and training
• Access childcare support
• Access language support
Who is it for?
• You must be resident of Brent
• Have the right to work in UK
• Not currently employed and not required to search for work as part of Universal Credit or JSA
