Icons Rediscovered
Icons Rediscovered is an eight-concert series curated by Music Director Vasily Petrenko. Throughout the series, we will hear fresh interpretations of musical masterpieces by Elgar, Rachmaninov, Wagner and Verdi.

You can hear Petrenko himself introducing the series, and read our blog on what makes Elgar and Rachmaninov defining composers of their era by clicking below.
Lights in the Dark
For centuries, composers have produced some of their most profound work in the most testing times. Societies change, politicians argue, people fight: and yet music endures and evolves, bringing people together, helping us find meaning in our own times and sometimes – hopefully – showing us the way to a better future.

Join the RPO and our Music Director Vasily Petrenko for a series that celebrates inspirational and uplifting music produced in the face of great challenges.
                                                                                                                                                                                                       Concerts at Cadogan Hall
The RPO’s 2024–25 Season at Cadogan Hall begins with Mussorgsky’s famous Pictures at an Exhibition, but that’s just the start of the adventure: 15 concerts filled with your favourite melodies, contemporary classics, new discoveries and sonic surprises.

This season, we’re thrilled to welcome the phenomenal young violinist Johan Dalene as our 2024–25 Artist-in-Residence.
