Hestia the Cove is an organization supporting adults with their mental health; we recently extended our services to people above the age of 16 years old
The Cove is a crisis alternative service commissioned by the NHS to provide emotional support to individuals experiencing a crisis or mental health distress.
We provide support for adults who reside in the Borough of Brent who may be experiencing or are at risk of developing mental health issues. Our aim is to help people reduce their immediate anxiety, formulate individual plans to support their mental health and reduce the likelihood of recurring mental health crisis. Support includes advice, information and signposting ,one-to-one support, and group activities.
We offer a welcoming, safe, friendly space for people in need. At the coves, we don’t have a waiting list.
We also provide an Open Access service for people to just walk in if in need of Mental Health support between 14:00 and 22:00, everyday. People can use our service by being referred to us or by dropping by or calling us during our operational hours.
