The college has a learning support team to assist students and will, wherever possible, make reasonable adjustments to ensure that college facilities are accessible. Harrow College is also a centre of excellence - the only one in north west London - for the hearing impaired and has a dedicated communication support unit support for students who are profoundly deaf, partially hearing or visually impaired. Support includes sign language, note taking and lip speaking, one-to-one teaching and access to a wide range of facilities. If you have a physical, mental health or sensory impairment and/or learning disability, please let us know when you apply so that we can make arrangements for you.

Harrow College is a Centre of Excellence for the Hearing Impaired – see Communication Support Unit. As a Centre of Excellence, we can provide extra support with your studies, or if you have a learning difficulty/disability, you may be able to receive support from our dedicated Learning Support team. You can request additional support at any time during your programme of study at Harrow College. To make a request, please ask your tutor to refer you, or call in and see the Learning Support Team. We believe that all learners should have fair and equal access to their chosen learning programme and all aspects of college life. The college will make every effort to meet individual learner needs. We will, wherever possible, make reasonable adjustments to ensure that college facilities are accessible to you and that all your learning and support needs are met.
