The college has a learning support team to assist students and will, wherever possible, make reasonable adjustments to ensure that college facilities are accessible. Harrow College is also a centre of excellence - the only one in north west London - for the hearing impaired and has a dedicated communication support unit support for students who are profoundly deaf, partially hearing or visually impaired. Support includes sign language, note taking and lip speaking, one-to-one teaching and access to a wide range of facilities. If you have a physical, mental health or sensory impairment and/or learning disability, please let us know when you apply so that we can make arrangements for you.
Harrow College is a Centre of Excellence for the Hearing Impaired – see Communication Support Unit. As a Centre of Excellence, we can provide extra support with your studies, or if you have a learning difficulty/disability, you may be able to receive support from our dedicated Learning Support team.
