The Helpline is the first port of call to customers contacting by telephone or email, where we can advise on Library, Newsagent and Retail enquiries and advise on Living With Sight Loss courses (face to face or phone), local societies information and much more. If you require more specialist help and support we have some great teams working with us that will assist with your enquiry. You can call us on 0303 123 9999 to help you in your enquiry. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 8pm and Saturday 9am until 1pm.

Our trained Eye Health Department can advise on eye conditions and possible treatments, lighting solutions.

The RNIB Advice Team can help with welfare benefits, PIP, allowances, care services, living independently, quality of life check, emotional counselling, legal rights, mobility and housing. We also have a range of free publications available on our online shop (Rnib Publications | RNIB) that you may find useful. They are available in large print, audio and braille formats.
