Grupo Capoeira Esporao (UK)

Looking for something different as an after school club, which you can also participate in with your kids? We are offering a free first class every Thursday at 6pm during term time. Capoeira is super fun for kids, rewarding and challenging at the same time, and parents can join in too if you feel like a weekly workout and learn how to do cartwheels again!

With our after school club, kids, teenagers and their accompanying adults to learn Capoeira together if they want to join in. Our kids & adults combined class has been developed with young people in mind, actively promoting confidence, coordination & creativity. A perfect opportunity to get your kids to let off some steam, meet new friends and for the adults to get fit at the same time.

As a unique Brazilian martial art, Capoeira combines dance, kicks, acrobatics, music, singing and percussion woven into an inclusive activity for everyone. Come and try one of our sessions... not only are they fun, but a great workout to improve your balance, flexibility, strength & agility. All levels are welcome, and if you have any questions, do call or message me.
