Family Solutions Service

Brent’s Family Solutions team provides a range of confidential support for families with children aged 0 to 18 years old (up to 25 for people with disabilities). A key worker will work with you and your family to look at any issues and problems you are facing and assess what you need. This might include:

• drug or alcohol worries
• children not attending school
• mental health needs
• support for a family member with a disability or long term illness
• financial advice
• help accessing services

Our aim is to prevent concerns from escalating and getting more complicated by giving you and your family the right help at the right time. The service is confidential and consent is always sought for any support we put in place.
