Summer Programme delivered by Sports at the Heart - 3rd to 28th August :
(for SatH members only as places are limited and must be pre-booked)

Monday to Friday 10am-6pm

5-18 years (25 SEND)

5-7 years 10-12.30pm, 8-11 years 1pm-3.30pm, 12-18 years 4-6pm

Max 30 young people (split into 3 groups/bubbles of 10 in 3 separate areas)

A varied programme of activities delivered by partners SatH (Sports at the Heart)

Including sports and physical, art, performing arts, film and media, CSLA volunteering and girls group delivered in small groups across 3 large zone areas.

Mixed Martial Arts Youth Club sessions:
(Priority will be given to existing members as places are limited)

Mondays & Fridays 6-8pm

11-19 years (25 for SEND)

Max 25 young people (if using MUGA and hall) 

Max 13 young people (if using only 1 area)

A programme of non-contact mixed martial arts classes and activities, and support from youth workers around issues affecting young people’s lives.  Offered in the outdoor MUGA and the open hall area.  Must be pre-booked.

(Covid-19 update: August 2020)

Roundwood Youth Centre is Brent Council’s flagship youth service hub based in Harlesden. The centre is an inclusive and safe space for young people offering a wide range of positive activities. The Centre is aimed at 11 to 19 year olds and up to 25 with SEND. The Centre is set in a relaxing and informal environment providing young people with a well-resourced state of the art facility entirely supervised and facilitated by an experienced staff team.

 

Travelling to Roundwood Youth Centre

It is a 10 minute walk from Harlesden town centre.

The Roundwood Youth Centre is a large silver building located at Longstone Avenue, off Harlesden Road.
The entrance to the Centre is via a small driveway, a short way along Longstone Avenue.

Nearest buses are: 18, 247, 206, 220, 226, 260, 266.
2 – 10 minute walk from nearest Bus stops

Nearest trains:
Harlesden 0.8 mile, Willesden Junction 0.7 miles, Kensal Green 1.0 mile

Nearest tubes:
Dollis Hill 1.03 miles, Neasden 2.2 miles.
