Get involved with the new Roundwood School and Community Centre
Beckmead Trust is working with Brent to develop this new provision at the heart of the community. By working closely with our local community, we are able to develop what we offer to young people, both during and outside of the school day.
Roundwood School
The school operates from 8am to 3.30 pm daily during term time. During those times, the school takes priority and has full access to the building. This enables students to have access to a full range of educational provision, from class-based qualifications to practical/vocational offers in the rest of the building's facilities.
We work collaboratively with Brent Inclusion and Brent Schools to provide respite for children with SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health), from the ages of 11-16.
Admission to the school is via direct commissioning of a place from a local school or Brent Inclusion services.

Roundwood Community Centre
The Community Centre is also part of the Beckmead Trust and under its leadership and management. We work collaboratively with the Young Brent Foundation to maximise the community offer and ensure that the community centre continues to run successfully at the site. The portfolio of providers is increasing, and great work is being done to expand the offer and build on the success of those organisations currently using the site.
The Community Centre is open to providers all year round, including weekends and holidays. Please note that we are not currently taking private lettings, for birthday parties or similar events.
