Harrow and Brent United Deaf Club

Harrow & Brent United Deaf Club (HBUDC) runs on a Saturday evening once a month and is open to everyone, deaf or hearing, who is interested in learning or improving British Sign Language (BSL) skills.

The next date is Saturday 1st April 2023 from 6pm to 9pm. There will be an Easter Party and there will provide some fun & special activities for children.

HBUDC encourages the positivity of healthy mindsets and good well-being and aims to reduce the loneliness and isolation of Deaf people by providing this opportunity to meet or make friends and develop social skills and improve confidence.
The club also provides access to up-to-date information on local events/activities within the community through running social events.

We promote equality, diversity and harmony among the local deaf and hearing communities so there is a sense of ownership and to ensure we work together to become a stronger. Members of all ages and faiths meet in an informal and relaxed social environment. We are open to all deaf and hearing people and their families from across the ethnic and religious community. We organize a range of social and educational events as well as providing help and support for our members. Importantly, we act as a lobbying and liaison group to ensure that deaf people can access local and national services.
