Our vision is for a dynamic and diverse creative workforce.
We’re transforming London’s workforce by supporting and developing individuals who are underrepresented in the creative and digital industries. Since 2011, we have been responding to aspiring creatives and employer needs by co-designing training programmes, brokering job opportunities and developing networks. By 2030, we will have supported the next generation of talent into 40,000 new jobs.

As one of London's leading employability programmes and a certified Kickstart Gateway, we're working with employers to offer over 35 exciting placements paid at London Living Wage, across marketing, advertising, tech, digital, dance, theatre, museums, community arts, photography, publishing + more.
